With reference to the above subject this is bring to kind notice that I was sending My IIC (Indian Identification card) project summary to the Home minister, at the same date 28.02.12 smt Lilychoudhary deputy Director (NPR) response my letter .see my suggestion details in Below mentions
The smart card features UID (Aadhaar card) it’s not perfect means card is not useful for infants and they are not able to make the use and infants. aadhaar card will misused by terrorist, criminals, naturally infants will changed as they grow day by day .now recently aadhaar card introducing as voter id card. If the voter want to vote he/she has put 12 digits & press theirs thumb it is take more time and the most important is it is not correctly done by illiterate people if they put one wrong number the vote can be misused or invalid. Now UID take ration card number & Gas number when family divided due to some reason than they have to make new Gas Number & ration card and also Aadhaar card
UID programmer the cards information kept in Delhi if we want any information than we have to take it from Delhi so the soft copy (name current address proper address thumb image) information of UID must be kept by state wise by this way we can get information early and fast totally UID is not perfect pleases introduced Biometric voting machine with swapping system (Smart UID card)

Police station: The Smart card use in police station we can identify dead body person name and address, control the robbery as the same verify the unknown person this card main help to the police department
Municipal corporation or SP head office: The UID data and person information kept in Municipal Corporation or SP
Superintendent of police head office we can control the whole district and we can verify easily
Bank: Smart card UID is most important in bank sector control double loan problem verify the death person amount and their presence conform account movement

The above suggestion gives by me and I am sending my suggestion to Election commissioner, UID head office, some deputy officer they also response my suggestion. Reply we can improve your suggestion in future. But they do verity card means KISSAN CARD, NPR CARD, AADHAAR CARD, ELECTION CARD extra .
Reply me what government do now they no responsibility, why government do like this project and why lose our Indian government currency . and now NPR Department Used the My suggestion points to the NPR Card No one Intimation to
